Typical sleepover stuff, hanging out, jamming out, having semi-nude pillow pights, talking about cute bois, and running away from a walking talking metaphor for a virgins fear of sex with a drill/guitar.
The real star of the show for me is Atonas Illitch, aka the driller killer. That man is bat shit insane in the best way possible. I can safley say this is the first horror movie i have ever seen with a leather clad rockstar you has musical numbers between his murders. Its completely ridiculous, but it 100% works for me in this movie. Probably helps i think hes hot as fuck. Speaking of this movies male characters, all of them are hot garbage. Well actually only the Driller Killer is hot, the rest are just garbage. They are dumb, oagish, and have zero respect for women at all. Thank god real men arent like that or anything...
But Sexy Drill boi and the other men aside, you have alot of other great characters. It was definitely the right choice to have this movie center around Courtney. She was by far the best part of the original, and its great to have her character back for part 2. As far the script goes...
The jokes don't always lands, a lot of them are just plain stupid, but the girls have real chemistry. You can tell they all really got along, and had fun making this movie. That kind of energy really helps this movie. Plus ever since society (holy fuck that movie is amazing) i have been a Heidi Kozak fan.
The scipt is a little slow, but the driller killer dream sequnces and random gore halucinations keep things fairly interesting. So all the gore hounds here cant complain to much. Its not a thrill ride of a movie, but its definitely a fun movie worth watching.
