The poster for this movie looks like a Dali style surrealist painting mixed with an ANNIHILATION style artsy horror novel cover. and thats not a bad expectation to have for this movie.

the first time i watched this i thought it was to strange to ever understand. As a literal story its hard to piece together. But if you view it a lens for discussing creation, flawed creators, and a heaving dose of Deus Ex-Machina its super effective. This is not the kind of horror movie to watch while high to see some sweet kills. This is more so slowly unraveling a mystery for 2 hours with lots of awkward scenes of tension in between.

so if your sober enough for a 2 hour deep dive into religious philosophy and nasty house guests this ones for you.
