ARMY OF DARKNESS

Ok this movie isnt even a horror movie. But i habe to talk about how much i love it anyway

This may or may not be a hot take but this is my favourite movie on the whole series. Evil Dead one works really well as a horror movie, an Evil Dead 2 works really well as a horror comedy. This tales the chracters and plots from movie and makes it a total comedy. Yes there's violence, and a lot of people die. But this movie is never scary. Violence is slapstick, and the deadites are mostly used for action and comedy.

I grew up watching this movie and have a very fond memory of it. As a kid I just thought this movie was an Amazing Fantasy/Comedy movie, with a kick ass lead character and some awesome kills. This has a real Monty Python energy and I absolutely love it for that.
